This established and expanding business provides an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to 'put their stamp' on the quality and delivery of the food and wine experience at this unique venue. Reporting to the Head Chef, duties will include:
Prepare, cook and present food to a high standard
Assist in the development of new dishes and menus as required
Effectively manage food production to minimise wastage
Ensure hygiene standards are maintained in accordance with best practiceAbout You
The successful applicant will possess a passion for quality & consistency and be able to utilise their extensive food knowledge and creativity to sustain a high level of innovation in all kitchen activities and operations.
