providing a special customer experience for all visitors. Contained within the site is Tuileries, an iconic
institution that has been providing premium accommodation, an à la carte restaurant, as well as
weddings, functions and conferences for many years.We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef De Partie to fill a full-time position within our

This established and expanding business provides an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual
to 'put their stamp' on the quality and delivery of the food and wine experience at this unique venue.Reporting to the Head Chef, duties will include:
*Prepare, cook and present food to a high standard

• Assist in the development of new dishes and menus as required

*Effectively manage food production to minimise wastage

• Ensure hygiene standards are maintained in accordance with best practice

About You
The successful applicant will hold appropriate trade certification in Commercial Cookery and possess a
minimum of three (3) years' experience in a busy kitchen environment and be able to utilise their
extensive food knowledge and creativity to sustain a high level of innovation in all kitchen activities and
operations. A high level of communication and attention to detail, as well as the ability to perform under
