Chef De Partie

As the Chef de Partie in Sovereign, you will be given the responsibility of supporting our Chef de Cuisine, Carolyne Helmy, to assist with leading the team, always ensuring consistency in high quality product and service standards. 

A few of your responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in the planning of menus
• Monitors stock levels
• Assists in rostering and managing team members
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchen
• Mentor and develop the Demi's, Commis' and Apprentice Chefs in the brigade

What are we looking for:

• Chef experience required in a fine dining restaurant 
• Full work rights and flexible availability over a 7 day roster
• Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
• Previous experience with quality control in production and preservation
• Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
