Position Summary
This position will oversee the hot section of the Bar Copains kitchen. You will lead and be responsible for the daily success of the shift with a high level of attention to detail while maintaining consistency and quality. You will ensure that the section remains efficient, delivers consistent food whilst focusing on minimal waste and a good pace of service. Prior grill cooking experience is essential for this role.
About You
If this sounds like a role for you, you will possess high levels of energy, flexibility and the ability to operate autonomously within our structure. Ideally, you should have at least two years' experience in a similar role in a high quality food-focused restaurant. You’ll be able to show that you have a proven track record in high-performing teams with strong interpersonal skills, whilst demonstrating your ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
