The Role
We are looking for our next talented full-time Pizza Chefs to join the friendly team at The Collaroy. You will be someone that loves everything pizza related, having good organisation skills and experience with high volume, as well as using a wood-fired pizza oven will be beneficial to your success.
What you can you bring:
- 1+ years' experience working in a similar position
- High volume pizza experience working with wood-fired ovens.
- Hand stretch doughs Neapolitan style, good knife skills and can manage the section autonomously.
- Organised and attention to detail with consistency being key.
