We are currently seeking a full time or casual Chef de Partie to join our Professional Kitchen Team.
You will be involved in food preparation and presentation with a wide variety menus.

Essential duties for the role include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare mis-en place as required.
- Cook and present menu items as per standard recipe requirements.
- Ensure all food safety measures are understood and followed.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned.
- Providing face to face service at times which includes money handling.

Experience:
- Kitchen: 2 year (Preferred)
To be successful for this role:
- Trade Qualifications commensurate of the Chef position.
- You will have full-time working rights in Australia and demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality.
- You are customer service driven, with strong communication skills.
- Have the capacity to multi task.
- You cope well under pressure and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- You are available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- You have the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- Must be able to converse with members.
- Salary to be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
Ryde-Parramatta Golf Club is a pristine Golf Club located in West Ryde, close to be the CBD and surrounding Western Suburbs with all types of Public Transport close-by.
