Who we're seeking?
A passionate and Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) qualified individual who is driven and focused with a desire to learn and succeed in a culinary/hospitality career. You will have post apprenticeship experience working in a kitchen team within large restaurants, events, hotels or resorts, to working with a group of like-minded legends. A la carte and buffet experience will be highly regarded., HACCP training is advantageous.
