TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete food preparation and service duties
- Assist with function and catering works
- Available to work split shifts
- Work as part of a dynamic team in a high volume kitchen
- Support the Head Chef to maintain great standards and contribute to a strong workplace culture
- Delivering high quality food to our guests / customers
- Maintain consistent presentation of food served amongst all team members
- Food hygiene standards in line with current legislation
- Ensuring stock levels are adequate for service period
- Follow guidance or instruction from Head Chef or Senior Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Diploma level qualifications
- At least 2 Years Experience
- Shift work
