What you will be doing:
- Taking cares of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Lounge.
- Ensuring highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis.
- Rostering and controlling payroll in line with budget.
- Responsible for day-to-day order and stock count.
- Responsible to supervise Commis Chefs or Junior and establishing effective inter-departmental working relationships as well as communication between all team members.
- Coordinates daily tasks with the Executive Chef.
- Operating and maintaining all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning
- Having excellent knowledge of menu creation
