Chef De Partie - Bonito Byron Bay

Come join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie at Bonito Byron Bay and help us create delicious dishes for our guests. As a Chef de Partie, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to make sure the food we serve is to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

• Cook food following our recipes and standards.
• Assist the Head Chef with planning menus and figuring out how much ingredients cost.
• Teach and help junior kitchen staff so everyone knows what to do.
• Keep the kitchen clean and follow safety rules.
• Help order and organize ingredients.
• Assistance with menu creation 
• Create specials

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Chef de Partie.
• Good cooking skills and a passion for making tasty food.
• Know how to keep food safe and clean.
• Can work well in a busy kitchen and handle pressure.
• Can communicate and work with others.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• It's a plus if you have culinary qualifications.
