We have an opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to lead our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their talent and support the leadership of our kitchen team. This is an exciting challenge for anyone looking to lead a fast-paced and innovative kitchen.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Being hands-on and completely active on the kitchen floor
• Leading and guiding the kitchen team through fast-paced and busy production schedules
• Ensuring targets are met on time and within budget
• Ensuring strict stock control managing short shelf-life products
• Supporting the Production Manager with driving team performance to meet all aspects of daily operational requirements
• Ensuring our Food Safety Program is adhered to at all times

This role will suit someone with experience working in a commercial manufacturing kitchen environment with experience working with short self life products.
