We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Chef de Partie. You will work across our Gungahlin & Kingston venues.
We are looking for an individual who can support the Head Chef and ensure consistent quality food is prepared, served, and presented in a professional manner.
This position is split shifts 5 days per week (lunch and dinner) and rotating days off - you must be a team player, who can work cohesively with the FOH staff.
To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following;
- have prior experience in a similar role
- be a self-starter
- have excellent communication skills
- have highly developed organizational skills
- understanding and alignment with WHS standards
