About the role

The Chef de Partie challenges our expectations and brings new and exciting ideas to create exceptional guest experiences across our amazing spaces.

 Some duties include: 

• Assists and helps organise kitchen stock and ingredients
• Prepare and present menu items to expected standards 
• Ensures a first-in, first out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organised for quality assurance. 
• Prepare and ensure availability of mis en place as required.
• Complies and follows all food preparation  and presentation, to ensure quality and restaurant standards are met. 
• Complies with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
