AddressChef de Partie | Oakridge Winery
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join us at Oakridge! You will be a valued member of our kitchen team across our hatted restaurant, events, terrace and cellar door food offerings.
Oakridge enjoys an enviable position as one of Australia's most awarded wineries. In 2023 we were awarded #1 in the Halliday Top 100 Wineries and Real Review Winery of the Year, along with retaining one chef's hat from The Age Good Food Guide.
Panoramic dining room views from vineyard to the Great Dividing Range provide the perfect setting for the refined creativity delivered from the kitchen and adjoining winery.
Operating a large modern kitchen, we craft every dish with heart and honesty, using only the best local produce available.
You will join a friendly and supportive work culture, based on an a la carte lunch service, with evenings only for occasional pop up events, weddings and functions.
Now let's talk about you:
- Experience working in premium venues, hatted restaurant experience will be well regarded
- An interest in the best produce, sourced locally and sustainably
- Continual drive for constant development and improvement
- Strong ability to prioritise your day-to-day work, show initiative and enthusiasm
- Able to use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items
- Self motivated, driven, and happy to work within a small team
