An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedChef de Partie - Pastry to join the Black Star Pastry team in our St Kilda Production Kitchen working on our famous Strawberry Watermelon Cake.
We're on the hunt for a Pastry Chef dedicated to the highest quality standards, producing a beautiful product and providing outstanding customer experience.

About You
- 2-3 year’s experience as a Pastry Chef.
- Ideally experience working in a Production Kitchen.
- Team players with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about customer experience and product quality.
- Commitment to food safety.
- Ability to deal with the repetitive nature of a high-volume, fast-paced production kitchen and maintain the highest quality and service standards.
