About the role:
We are currently seeking a Duty Manager and a Chef to work at a Hospitality venue in Middlemount, Qld. The successful candidates will take part in a Mining pathway program which allows the candidate to live and work in the local community for 12 -18 months. After the initial 12-18 months the successful candidate will be eligible for a new to industry mining traineeship with one of our local mining clients.
The required skills for these positions will include:
Duty Manager:
- RSA & RSG required
- Experience with gaming functions required
- Prior Bar tending, Gaming Attendant & Customer service experience required
- Proof of Australian working rights (Birth Certificate/Passport)
- Able to live and work in a remote location
Chef:
- Trade qualification preferable, however applicants with strong experience as a Cook will be considered
- Minimum 2 year's experience as a Cook (if not Trade qualified)
- Food handling certificate
- Proof of Australian working rights (Birth Certificate/Passport)
- Able to live and work in a remote location
