\nWe have an opportunity for a Chef / Sous Chef to become a part of our busy kitchen team.
\nWhat you will do:Â Â
\n\n Prepare menu items as ordered, ensuring the highest quality standards \n Mentoring a kitchen team including kitchen hands, cooks and junior chefs \n Communicate effectively with front of house staff \n Undertake and supervise daily food preparation \n Carrying out quality checks on food supplies to ensure quality and freshness \n Cleaning of kitchen equipment, food preparation areas and storage areas, complying with the highest standards of cleanliness \n Compliance with food safety and Workplace Health and Safety\n\nWhat youâll need to succeed:     Â
\n\n At least three years' experience \n Certificate III in Commercial Cookery \n Food Handler's Certificate \n Able to work well as part of a team and under pressure  \n Exceptional efficiency with great attention to detail \n Have clear and effective communication skills\n\nHow to Apply
