FIFO Chef / Cook
Full time position
Must be able to cook for 80-100.
IMMEDIATE START - Must be Perth / WA based
Previous mine site experience preferred
2&1 Roster
As a Chef / Cook working for Alpha National Catering, you will be required to:
- Prepare, cook and serve meals across breakfast, crib, and dinner for 80 to 100 residents.
- Be able to work autonomously and carry out all duties required for a working kitchen.
- Ensure you follow all catering controls in place including stock take and management of waste.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests.
The Person
To be successful in these roles you'll need:
- A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, trade certificate, or experience equivalent
- Previous volume cooking experience ideal
- The capacity to work night shifts as necessary.
- Experience working in a 'buffet service' environment with exposure to international cuisines.
- Current National Police Clearance
- White Card
