We are seeking the next member of our team. A qualified chef or an Experienced cook.
Duties include
- Plan, Design and create menu's including weekly specials.
- Assisting in team rosters
- training and mentoring all our kitchen staff
- Managing safe food handling
- Budgeting and working out costs.
- Ordering of all ingredients/needs within the kitchen
- Stock take and managing stock control
- Manage the quality of dishes all stages
You will be punctual, a team player and liaise with management in regard to running a smooth kitchen both front and back.
A full time position, with attractive annual salary.
We are a small family-owned business country tavern, that is open 7 days a week. Hours will be discussed with the right candidate. We are located 25 mins from singleton and Muswellbrook, so reliable transportation is a MUST. Weekend and evenings will also be required.
