Are you a passionate pastry Cook with a flair for innovation? Tiramisu Lab, a leading cake shop specialising in Tiramisu, Italian desserts, and pioneering keto-friendly and protein-enriched raw sweets, is seeking a highly skilled Pastry Cook to join our dynamic team.
About Us:Porterhouse hospitality group is renowned for its exquisite Tiramisu and Italian desserts, as well as for being at the forefront of creating healthy, keto-friendly, and protein-enriched raw sweets. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach to traditional and modern dessert-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of high-quality Tiramisu, Italian desserts, and healthy sweets.
- Develop and introduce new menu items and weekly specials that align with our innovative vision.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure consistent quality and presentation of all products.
- Multitask effectively in a busy cake shop environment, adapting to shifting demands and priorities.
- Perform all tasks typical of a chef and pastry Cook, including ingredient preparation, baking, decorating, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Pastry Cook with relevant certifications.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Creativity and a passion for developing new and exciting dessert recipes.
- High attention to detail and dedication to producing top-quality products.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
- Barista experience and qualifications will be highly advantageous.
- Shop assistant experience will also be highly advantageous.
