AddressSUGAR MAMA'S in Moffat Beach is on the lookout for Food Guru to come work alongside another great young Chef in our busy little kitchen.
What we Offer:
- A Dreamy part of the world to work!! An Ocean view to die for, with a look out upon Moffats reef!
- A Frothy Environment to work in...Sugar Mamas is basically an Ice Cream shop/Gelateria ON ACID!! We're not sure how it got where it is, but we stick out a bit.. so we hope "YOU" don't mind being different :p
- We already have a Great Team, we're only making it Better! A great mix of Juniors and Senior staff keep the vibes high and the convos loose!
The Menu:
- As I mentioned...we are a little different, and so is our Menu.
- We do serve the usual Cafe breakies/lunches, but what we are known for is Our Waffles! It sounds a little Weird, but what you can do with them is Obsurd!
- Sweet and Savoury food served All Day.
What we Want:
- Someone who has the Experience and the Love for cooking Delicious Food and keen eye for Plating to make it look EVEN more Fabulous!
- A good understanding of how Kitchens operate and quick to learn the flow of a busy business by the beach.
- Can work quickly and efficiently under a bit of pressure, and keep your space tidy and organised as you do.
- Happy to engage with our Great Community of Customers making them feel at Home in our Home, but like they're not at Home.. they're at Sugar Mama's....having an Absolute BALL!!
- Innovative and imaginative, There will be Specials every now and then to try new things, and we like to give a creative license to those with Ideas!
- Has Great Chat and also Great Humility :)
- Atleast 2yrs experience, more would be better, but some people are just Great and that could be you reading This!
- Available, mostly Mornings, but maybe a couple of Arvos here and there will be required.
- Part time Casual employment to start with, but if you are who you say you are and you fit the bill perfectly we can discuss this after a 3 Month period...for suuuurrrreee.
