The venue will offer a range of Mediterranean | modern Australian dishes with world-wide influence.
Executive chefs Gabriel and James with Michelin starred experience are going to be leading the brand, menu expectations and culinary development.

What we are looking for
Experience in mediterranean cuisine would be ideal
Strong communications skills
A team player who will go the extra mile
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
Have full Australian working rights or
Availability weekends & public holidays

Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail
