We are looking for talented, passionate and dedicated staff as our Chefs & Cooks are a vital part of our Restaurant's success.

To be considered for these exciting positions, you must possess the following:

• Trade qualifications
• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles
• Experience leading staff during service
• Minimum 3 years relevant employment experience
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
• Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards
• Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP
• Your CV must have professional referees with both email and updated telephone numbers included
• Flexible availability of a 7 day/night roster

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a natural talent for cooking and passion to serve modern food in a casual environment. A background in a similar environment would be beneficial, but not necessary.

Working under our head chef, we're looking for a driven individuals, who thrive under pressure. The ideal applicants will be self-motivated, responsible and have exceptionally high standards in everything they do. We are looking for candidates who are self- starters with initiative.
