Our food philosophy is a celebration of tradition and innovation, blending the familiar comforts of traditional Italian cuisine with the vibrant flavors of local Australian produce. From morning bites to late-night delights, our menu offers a diverse range of offerings, each crafted with care and attention to detail.
Our craft cocktail selection pays homage to Australian artistry, while our wine selection marries the traditions of Europe with vibrant homegrown drops. And our space, designed by Jordan Design Studio, is a modern-day artist’s apartment, where every corner tells a story, and every detail is a work of art.
Who are we hiring?
Bar Lettera is developing a full dynamic team and is looking for roles at all levels. Sous Chefs, Chef de Parti, Commis and cooks as well as Kitchen Hands are all encouraged to apply. Full-time and Casual positions available. Breakfast and dinner shifts are available.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong Communication skills. Organized and hardworking, with an eye for detail. A passion for food and beverage and knowledge of health and safety standards.
