What's the Job?

Seeking experienced FIFO chefs only! 

You'll be required to work across Breakfast, Dinner and Crib shifts being the forefront of the day-to-day operations within the kitchen on site. 

With over 30+ sites around Queensland there are plenty of opportunities for you to be a apart of a dynamic team delivering high quality meals.

Fly out options from Rockhampton and Townsville and Brisbane.

DIDO options available from Rockhampton, Mackay. 

  How do you get this role and what Collar needs from you? 
  

• Ability to fly as soon as the medical is completed
• Site inductions are highly advantageous 
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug Screen
• Breakfast and Pastry experience essential.
• Certificate III Commercial Cookery
• Current Police Check – within 6 months
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• First Aid desirable
• Coal Board Medical and S11 highly desirable.
