The Venue

Inspired by Justin Hemmes, Dan Hong and Oliver Hua’s travels through Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Vietnam, MuMu brings together the playfulness of South-East Asian Street food with a wicked cocktail offering and big, late-night vibes. With a menu designed for sharing, and the famous yuzu slushie doing the rounds, this inner-city hang-out the perfect place to drink, dance, and burn the midnight oil.
The Role
We are looking for chefs at Commis, Demi and CDP level to join the team at MuMu, if you have experience and a passion for South-East Asian cuisine this could be the next role for you.
2+ years' experience in a similar high-end restaurant.
Asian cooking experience is preferred, even better if you have worked on the wok.
Follows direction well, good communication and execution.
Thrive in a busy environment, can manage a section and train junior staff.
