Randlab is looking for motivated and skilled Office Administrators with broad experience. We are a growing innovative Australian-owned business specialising in veterinary medicines, and a market leader in medications for horses.
In diverse and interesting roles based at our head office in Revesby, you will contribute to the effective functioning of the business and provide support to our customers.
Positions can be for up to full time equivalent hours within our regular office hours Mon-Fri 8-5.
Roles will suit Office Administrators that are customer service or financially orientated and successful applicants must have the following attributes;
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Office Administrator and/or in Customer Service
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Demonstrated financial literacy or accounting skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- High degree of flexibility and multitasking ability
- Solution focused and ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise tasks, and collaborate with others
- Proficient in time management and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to be proactive, learn quickly and adapt
Experience with MYOB or similar would be highly regarded.
