Qualifications & experience
- Must have good work ethics, dedicated worker with a “can-do” attitude
- Have a current driver's license and drive a work vehicle to collect and deliver parts
Tasks & responsibilities
- General everyday office duties to assist all Office Staff as needed, answering all incoming phone calls into the office with the ability to take detailed messages for staff to return calls. Check letterbox daily.
- Proficient in Data Entry, Word, Excel, with PowerPoint skills advantageous; scanning and filing; printing of Manuals and bookbinding, etc.
- Be welcoming to all staff, Customers and Suppliers. Ensuring all non-staff members sign-in the logbook upon arrival. Ensuring the Entrance and Office is kept in a clean and tidy manner.
- Ability to work full-time, 8am-4:30pm.
