The Al Aseel group continues to evolve and grow, with six Al Aseel restaurants Sydney-wide. In conjunction with this, a catering kitchen in Greenacre with an incredible catering offering for corporate and private events- servicing clients in the retail, airline and government industries.

The Role

We are looking for back of house staff of all levels within the kitchen who feel confident in their techniques, have an understanding of kitchen systems and above all, have a passion for service and the restaurant industry.

Your key duties and responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

· Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes within your section

· Demonstrated experience and understanding of adhering to NSW regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements & an understanding of HACCP management

· Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices

· Monitoring portion and waste control

Who are you?

· A minimum of 3 years cooking experience

· High-level prioritisation, organisational and time management skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills with strong internal and external customer focus

· Ability to cope with changing work demands and a fast-changing environment

These are full time, salaried positions paying:

· Commis Chef: $52,000-$55,000

· Demi Chef: $55,000-$60,000

· Chef De Partie: $60,000 - $70,000 plus superannuation

· Sous Chef: $70,000- $80,000 plus superannuation

Final remuneration based on previous experience.
