Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Eligibility for a 482 visa sponsorship or transfer.
