As a trainee, you’ll be part of a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills needed to excel in Chemical Plant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Resin Batch Process Training: You’ll start your journey by learning the ins and outs of our resin batch process. Under the guidance of experienced operators, you’ll gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, quality control, and troubleshooting.
- Continuous Chemical Process Training: Next, you’ll transition to our chemical continuous process. You’ll work closely with mentors to understand the intricacies of this critical production method, including monitoring equipment, maintaining optimal conditions, and ensuring product quality. Our plant operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- Chemical Plant Operator Role: Upon successful completion of your training, you’ll step into the role of a Chemical Plant Operator. You’ll operate equipment, monitor processes, and contribute to a safe and efficient production environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in chemistry and industrial processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
- Capability to perform manual handing tasks when required
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Forklift license preferred
The successful candidate must be committed to working in a team environment, be prepared to work on a 24/7 rotating shift work, have good numeracy, literary and computer skills.
