We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team in the role of Chief Delivery Officer – Service Industries. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of educational programs. You will oversee all aspects of program delivery, from resource management to stakeholder engagement. By driving a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, this role plays a vital part in upholding GOTAFE’s reputation for excellence in education.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Extensive experience in education program delivery, strategic planning and operational management, preferably obtained within the VET sector with a proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Significant leadership skills and experience in leading, developing, and engaging multi-disciplinary teams to achieve student and stakeholder-focused outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and governance in education, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Ability to influence and negotiate in complex stakeholder environments.
If you are successful in this role, you will be required to provide:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in and education and/or business-related field
- Senior management experience in education delivery, preferably focused on Service Industries.
- A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
- A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)
- A current Driver’s Licence (Car).
