This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance. While the role is based in Geelong or Richmond, some in-office time is required. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.About the RoleThe Service Design Division collaborates with stakeholders to design and implement improvements to the Scheme, delivering quality outcomes for participants and enhancing their experience with the agency. The Division focuses on creating process, platform, and practice solutions that address Agency priorities and embeds co-design and a stakeholder-focused approach into our work.Key Responsibilities

• Research and Insights: Researching and identifying insights to enhance the Agency's understanding of information.
• Service Design and Documentation: Co-creating and documenting the current state of services through design and research to identify participant and staff experiences and business processes.
• Process Design and Improvement: Co-creating and co-facilitating process design improvements and co-facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users to design and test future services.
• Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement: Advocating for the voice and experience of participants and stakeholders throughout work processes.
• End-to-End Service Oversight: Overseeing end-to-end service experiences to ensure they align with the Digital Service Standard and meet participant and staff needs consistently across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship
• Experience in preparing draft written material, including business cases, plans, executive briefs, and corporate documentation
• Experience in Service Design
