Reporting into the board, you will be leading a fast-paced business during a period of significant growth and change. As a result of your strong leadership skills and operational excellence you will successfully contribute to, merge, and embed newly acquired businesses, assist with organic growth strategies, and ensure the strong culture and reputation is maintained. You will build and implement new systems and processes aligned to continued growth and continuously implement improvements and operational efficiency's.
About you
You are a seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO) with proven success running a high growth business $100M+ within a business-to-business equipment hire or similar setting. You are a strong and inspiring leader known for building engaged, geographically dispersed teams within fast growth environments. You are motivated with high energy and drive and can demonstrate success implementing system and process improvements. You understand the juggle of growth and the pain points. You are confident in your own ability, whilst also down to earth and humble. You will be well networked, comfortable negotiating and winning contracts with tier 1 and 2 companies and have demonstrated success identifying strategic growth opportunities.
Ideally you bring
- Strong financial literacy, full P&L, governance, and experience reporting into a board
- Worked within B2B equipment hire or industrial services to the civil construction, mining, energy sectors
- Experience managing a high asset-based business and understand the supplier, finance, customer, and optimisation complexities around this
- Confidence as a hands-on leader who builds high-performing and accountable teams within fast growth companies that covet a customer-centric culture
