Chief Financial Officer

Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations of our Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial risks, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. Responsibilities:

• Develop financial strategies and plans that support the organization's long-term goals
• Manage financial risks and develop risk management strategies
• Provide financial analysis and support to fellow senior Management and relevant teams
• Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and monitor cash flows and capital
• Lead the Finance and accounts team
• Oversee finance team operations within each business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, insurance, and investments of the group
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Manage relationships with external stakeholdersSkills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field required; CPA, Chartered Accountant or Master's degree preferred
• 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or banking, including experience as a CFO or similar role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of advanced accounting, tax planning and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and developing talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
• Ability to calculate and manage risks
• Adaptability to emerging technologies and flexibility in changing circumstances
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing financial strategies that support business growth and change
