About the Role:
The Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the Group Managing Director, is responsible for the management of the Group’s Corporate Finance function, including:

• Cash flow management.
• Budgets.
• Management and optimisation of capital.
• Statutory taxation obligations.
• Holding Company accounting and statutory reporting.
• Financial governance and compliance.
• Financial reporting to executive management.
• Financial system transaction workflows.
• Building productive relationships with stakeholders to deliver key business strategies.
• Leadership and management of the Accounts and Finance team.
• Optimisation of the Group’s finance function activities, policies, and procedures.
• Meeting individual and department KPIs.
• Working across multiple entities with diverse operations.

What do you need:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance
• CPA or ACA qualification
• Significant accounting experience at a senior level in commercial and/or public practice.
• Demonstrated capability in leading & managing an operational team and a practical understanding of contemporary people management practices.
• Ability and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational level.
• Prior specialisation in taxation, financial reporting and/or auditing.
• Demonstrated experience in leading business process improvement and project management.
• Proven ability to meet statutory obligations.
• Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
