Description

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the finance function, including managing a team of finance processionals to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting for this listed business. As a member of the executive team, you will provide guidance and insight to effectively manage investments and JV partners, including managing debt and providing recommendations to the board on business opportunities.

To be successful, you will be a qualified CFO, with a track record of working in a listed business with diverse investments. You will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage debt combined with a track record of inspiring and developing staff to deliver shareholder value.
