About the Role: Working with the CEO you will build a team. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day accounting functions, finance, corporate governance, contract and legal and company secretarial duties. You will gain exposure to a vast array of challenges in addition to the basis duties as our business continues to grow rapidly. This is a role where within a brief period you will be expected to step up to and operate at the level of Chief Financial Officer.

Duties:
- Produce monthly financial reports.
- Prepare board pack, manage, attend, and minute the board meetings.
- Manage all company secretarial matters for all entities.
- Prepare and lodge all statutory returns.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with external advisors to drive company objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications and tenders.
- Assume the day-to-day responsibilities for the Australian entities and assist with the USA and Indian entities and our overseas expansion plans.
- Ad hoc projects and reports.
Candidate:
- 5 to 10 plus year experience in a similar role
- Excel skills and clarity of basic accounting concepts.
- Good written and oral communication skills are required.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Degree qualified with CA or CPA
- Hard working, Attention to detail, Willing to learn and challenge status quo.
- Passionate, able to handle multiple and work in very fast-paced organisation.
