Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to positively impact technology initiatives.
- Lead our digital transformation efforts, fostering innovation and leveraging emerging technologies.
- Enhance customer experience through the development and implementation of digital solutions.
- Oversee information security policies to safeguard against cyber threats.
- Implement risk management strategies to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
- Optimize IT infrastructure for high availability and reliability.
- Drive best practices in IT operations and service management.
- Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative technologies for efficiency and improved customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in a C-level role or strategic tech and people management level.
- Proven track record in senior technology leadership influencing high level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of information security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience across retail, FMCG, or logistics would be a plus but not essential
