Chief Operating Officer – Food Production (FMCG)

Our client is on the hunt for a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to steer their sustainable FMCG business towards new heights - from tantalising snacks to mouthwatering frozen fare and savoury beef products.

Scope:
This newly created role will form the linchpin of the operations, with the power to shape strategic direction, foster growth, and drive profitability across Food Production lines. Collaborating closely with a passionate executive team, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, crafting and executing strategies to transform the business into their next phase of growth and propel them towards success while maximising value for shareholders.

Essential requirements:

• Proven track record of FMCG success at senior manager-level or, at national operations-level and ready for the next step
• Strong operational success in Food Production automation
• Extensive demonstrated experience taking product to market
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A flexible mindset
• Interests in sustainability and regenerative agriculture practices will be highly valued
