Leading organisation require an experienced CPO /Head of HR to lead their People Operations

We have partnered with a successful business who operate within the Financial Services sector. With continued growth and demand for their services, they continue to adapt and grow as an organisation. This is a rare opportunity for a Chief People Officer or Senior Head of HR to lead the People & Culture team and strategy whilst instilling a people-centric culture that is both passionate and focussed.
Your new role
Reporting to the CEO, this role will manage the people function of the organisation. Key duties will include:
- Business partnering with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team providing strategy, insights, and solutions related to the people function
- Leading and managing a successful People & Culture team
- Continuing to manage People & Culture related programs throughout the company that enhance performance outcomes, staff retention, attraction and employee engagement
- Further building, developing, and implementing the people strategy in line with the overall strategic business plan and goals
- Management of core People & Culture activities that include Recruitment, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, WH&S, Renumeration and Benefits, L&D and DE&I
What you'll need to succeed
Your success in this role will be attributed to your experience in a similar role, which would include the majority of the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or other relevant discipline
- Expertise and experience in the design and delivery of the entire scope of the People and Culture function ideally within a medium professional/financial services corporate environment
- Well-developed strategic leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully drive change, influence, and achieve positive outcomes through others in a senior Human Resources role
- Your ability to evaluate and analyse organisation issues and execute targeted and effective People & Culture-related solutions
