About the Role

• Report directly to the CEO;
• Ownership of the full people lifecycle;
• Act as an integral member of the Executive team providing oversight to business operations and opportunities
• Business partner by identifying training needs, facilitating development plans, creating succession planning and ultimately uplifting performance capability;
• Work alongside the CEO to reshape the culture of the business;
• Provide day-to-day guidance to business managers including coaching, counselling, career development and disciplinary actions when required;
• Build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of business leaders, employees, and other 3rd party professionals to ensure effective delivery of people objectives;
• Drive employee communication and engagement to create a first class work environment; and
• Analyse people trends and metrics and provide directional recommendations to drive initiatives; and
• Manage one direct report.

About You

• 8+ years in People & Culture generalist positions
• Proven leadership capability;
• Demonstrated success in greenfield People & Culture environments;
• An ability to deliver and execute, commercial and operational people solutions; and
• Able to develop relationships and trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
