About the Role
- Report directly to the CEO;
- Ownership of the full people lifecycle;
- Act as an integral member of the Executive team providing oversight to business operations and opportunities
- Business partner by identifying training needs, facilitating development plans, creating succession planning and ultimately uplifting performance capability;
- Work alongside the CEO to reshape the culture of the business;
- Provide day-to-day guidance to business managers including coaching, counselling, career development and disciplinary actions when required;
- Build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of business leaders, employees, and other 3rd party professionals to ensure effective delivery of people objectives;
- Drive employee communication and engagement to create a first class work environment; and
- Analyse people trends and metrics and provide directional recommendations to drive initiatives; and
- Manage one direct report.
About You
- 8+ years in People & Culture generalist positions
- Proven leadership capability;
- Demonstrated success in greenfield People & Culture environments;
- An ability to deliver and execute, commercial and operational people solutions; and
- Able to develop relationships and trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
