The Service

Open from 8am to 3:30pm, KU Galston is proud reputation of their within the local community providing rich education and care within a relaxed and calming space – a 30 place preschool where children are supported to be their own, unique selves, growing, and developing a sense of belonging and empowerment. 

Our preschool has an intergrated Indoor outdoor program focused on developing children's agency. We have chickens and a worm farm with a strong focus on sustainability and ensuring low impact environmental practice.

This exciting opportunity will see you join 5 hours each day on Monday and Tuesday during school term. You would also have access to addition support hours or days through our KUCas team if interested.

Of course, you will need:

  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Certificate III
  • Completed training in Child Protection
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
