What we offer:
If you are either a fully registered Psychologist or a provisionally registered Psychologist, we currently have an opportunity for you to come on-board as a Contractor or Employee. We have a model that prevents overwhelm and burnout, which includes building your caseload hours at a pace that feels good for you, flexibility in offering your ideal schedule and client presentations, a focus on taking regular time-off, no appointments booked outside of your allocated hours, and caseload monitoring to ensure caseload balance of mild to severe presentations. Furthermore, we have thorough administration and billing systems in place that help us achieve a low no show rate that results in very consistent diaries and client hours, allowing for a predictable work week and income.

The Rosy Room is a well-established practice, now in it’s 8th year. Over these years, we have built strong relationships with our referring community and have a very good reputation in the Springfield Community and Surrounds. We have an ever-flowing new client list and do not require our new team members to have to do any marketing; just walk into a case load waiting for you. Through trial and error we have perfected our front desk and administration procedures to ensure we provide excellence in customer service, administration and diary management so you can just show up and do what you do best without worrying about the rest.
