ECT or Diploma candidates
This Centre in the Eastern Suburbs area of Coogee are seeking an experienced ECT or Diploma director in their 110 place centre for children 0-6 years old.
This early learning centre is in the Eastern Suburbs and close to everything that the area has to offer. With plenty of onsite parking available, families can enjoy a smooth drop off and pick up every visit. We also have a bus stops, right outside our front door.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Since opening this beautiful centre has been running to a high standard; building amazing relationships and reputation in the local community with a great team culture.
The service is now looking for a warm and experienced Director to compliment the current team, and to maintain this amazing centre environment.
You will be responsible for the daily operations, ensuring the service meets all regulations, taking enrolments, building relationships with families and supporting staff.
The successful candidate will ideally have an ECT or Diploma qualification and previous experience as Childcare Director.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to work with a strong team and support from families, to take the centre to that next step!
Essential
Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education; (NEW Grads or WT accepted)
Current Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
Management Training certificates;
As a Director the ability to plan, implement and evaluate early childhood programs as required by the EYLF;
Sound understanding of National Education and Care Services
Regulation;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Working with Children Check number
Experience in dealing with large center's would be highly regarded
