Successful applicants will have:
- Diploma or ECT qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills
- In-depth understanding of operational and regulatory requirements in running a Childcare Centre
- An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia without restriction
- Ideally, 6 months as a Centre Director or Equivalent
