As one of the educators you will:
- Teach practices that are culturally inclusive of all children.
- Have continued positive relationships with each child.
- Create and implement programs for each child.
- Maintain confidential, accurate, and updated child and family records.
- Undertake mandatory reporting in line with Child Protection guidelines and responsibilities.
- At least 2 years experience working within the industry
- A Completed Bachelors in Childhood Education
- Current Teacher Accreditation Number - NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Current First Aid Certificate relevant to the position
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Approved Child Protection training
- Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including the National Law and Regulations, and Child Protection legislation
- A growth mindset, with the view to continue to improve and develop their pedagogy and practice
- A can- do attitude with the ability to be innovative with curriculum
- Able to passionately work within their philosophy
- Salary is negotiated based on experience
- Full Working Rights
- Be able to work on a rotating roster between 7:00am - 6:00pm
- Paying $42-$48 per hour depending on experience
