This centre, located in Bankstown is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator Room leader to lead their team.

Some keen considerations for the role:

• Early Childhood teaching Degree (ECT)
• Experience working within a Childcare Centre as Room Leader
• Training in child protection
• A current first aid & WWCC
• A growth mindset, with the view to continue to improve and develop their pedagogy and practice
• Working knowledge of the EYLF 
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
