Area Manager or Portfolio Manager or Practice Partner
Your new company Hays, in collaboration with a national provider is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager in Sydney. As a Portfolio Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leadership: You will lead a portfolio of Centre Leaders, driving their performance to position their centres as the preferred choice within their local communities.
Outcomes: Your focus will be on delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families, team members, and the overall business.
Accountability: You will be accountable to the General Manager for People's Practice and Performance for each centre within your portfolio.
Your new role : As a Portfolio Manager, your role involves being an inspirational leader for the Centre Leaders within your portfolio. You will play a crucial part in shaping the educational experience for children, families, and educators. Here are the key aspects of your responsibilities:
Marketing and Communication Strategies:
Actively support all centres to achieve effective marketing and communication strategies, both internally and externally.Ensure that these strategies align with the organization's goals and enhance the centres' visibility and reputation.
Service Excellence:
Hold centre managers accountable for delivering service excellence within their centres. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional service quality.
Quality and Compliance:
Collaborate closely with the Quality and Compliance Team to ensure adherence to the National Quality Framework.
Monitor compliance with regulations, standards, and guidelines to maintain high-quality services.
Professional Development:
Identify, design, and implement professional development programs for educators.
Foster growth, skill enhancement, and best practices amongst the teaching staff.
What you'll need to succeed
Education:
Hold a university degree in Early Childhood Education.
Experience:
Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in a multi-site ECEC business environment.
Demonstrates significant prior work experience in early childhood business improvement and business efficiency.
Proficient in solution design, implementation planning, and training and toolkit development.
Knowledge and Expertise:
Possesses strong and in-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
Exhibits a solid pedagogical understanding and practice.
Flexibility:
Flexible to travel, primarily within metro areas.
What you'll get in return Salary is competitive at $150,000 plus a company car. Employment Type: Full-time. Oversee and manage 10 to 15 centres.
