Childcare Worker

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and engage with children in various age groups.
2. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs.
3. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
4. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and supportive childcare environment.
5. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
6. Maintain a clean and organized childcare space.
7. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
2. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
3. Working With Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team.
6. Passion for providing quality childcare and promoting child development.
